Using this site

By using visrats.com or placing an order you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time; the version on this page when you order is the one that applies to that order.

Orders and contract

When you place an order we email you to confirm we have received it. The contract between us is formed when we dispatch your order and email you the tracking details. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error is obvious; if so, we refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery to UK addresses is free. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Returns and your rights

You may return items as described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Product information

We describe and photograph every item as accurately as we can, including measurements supplied by the manufacturer. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen.

Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
