Terms of sale

These terms apply to every purchase from visrats.com, operated by MIDTUX LTD, company number 16932731, registered in England and Wales. They sit alongside our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Prices

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery to UK addresses is free. The total you pay is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Discounts

Buying 2 items gives 10% off and 3 or more items 15% off; these are applied automatically in your basket. Code VISRATS10 gives 10% off a first order of £40 or more, once per customer. Discounts cannot be combined with each other and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch your items and email you the tracking details. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or a price was clearly wrong, we will tell you and refund anything you paid for it.

Payment

Payment is taken in full when you place your order, through our secure checkout. We do not store your card details.

Delivery

We deliver to the United Kingdom only. Allow 7 to 16 working days from order. Details are in our Shipping Policy.

Cancelling and returning

You may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, as set out in our Refund Policy and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Faulty items are covered by your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Product descriptions and sizing

Measurements are given by the manufacturer and taken flat; allow 1–3 cm. Colours may look slightly different on screen.
