Refund policy

14 days to return
You can return any item within 14 days of receiving it. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which this policy does not limit.
Condition
Items should come back unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with their original tags and packaging.
How to return
- Email support@visrats.com with your order number and the item(s) you are sending back.
- We reply with the return address and instructions. Please wait for this before posting anything.
- Pack the item securely and send it using a tracked service, keeping your proof of postage.
Postage for returns
- Faulty, damaged or wrong item: free for you — we cover the cost.
- Change of mind or a different size: the return postage is paid by you.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and has been checked, your refund is issued within 7 days to the payment method you used, in pounds sterling. We email you when it has been sent. There is no restocking fee.
