Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
What it costs
Delivery is free on every order. There is no minimum spend and nothing is added at checkout.
How long it takes
Allow 7 to 16 working days from the day you order. That is made up of:
- Preparing your order: 1 to 4 working days
- In transit: 6 to 12 working days
Working days are Monday to Friday, not counting UK bank holidays. Orders placed after 5pm (UK time), at the weekend or on a bank holiday start being prepared on the next working day. These are estimates; carrier volumes and weather can occasionally add time.
Tracking
As soon as your order leaves us, we email you a tracking number and link.
Your address
Please check the delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email support@visrats.com straight away and we will correct it if the parcel has not left yet.
If a delivery fails
The carrier will leave a card telling you how to rebook or collect. If a parcel comes back to us, we will contact you to arrange sending it again.
Late, lost or damaged parcels
If your order has not arrived within 16 working days, or arrives damaged, email support@visrats.com with your order number (and a photo if something is damaged) and we will sort it out.
